Just in time for cold weather. This beer is made with real cocoa beans and lots of them. A slightly sweet taste but bold with roast and warmth of alcohol. Goes great with steaks and other red meats!!

Strong Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. This strong ale boasts big smooth flavor. Hints of the oak bourbon present in aroma and taste. Enjoy this limited-release beer. 

Nice clean and refreshing. This new batch of Apricot Gose boasts lots of bold Apricot flavor. Soured with Lactobacillus, expect this to be sour so be prepared to pucker up. Over 100 pounds of Apricots went into this batch. Saltiness provided by Himalayan Sea Salt. Great example of this style, a must try!! Unfiltered so expect to be cloudy. Served in a 10oz snifter glass.

Traditional Japanese lager brewed with 50% barley and 50% rice. Very light flavor and aroma. Carefully crafted and lagered for 6 weeks for a clean refreshing flavor. Pairs well with Sushi! Who would have thought!?

Brewed with Grapefruit and Oranges, this Hazy Citrus IPA packs a wallop of a citrus punch as well as balanced hoppy flavor and aroma.

This American brown is big roasted malt, caramel aromas with a floral hop background. It has notes of chocolate, roast, caramel, and hops in the flavor. This is a fairly complex beer that plays tricks on your taste buds, going from sweet to bitter and back to sweet again. This beer pairs well with steaks and most deserts.

We changed our recipe up a bit. Snow Eagle IPA is copper in color, big in floral and citrus hop aromas. We went a little overboard and used Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe to hop this batch! To top it off we added a new hop called Idaho 7. These hops bring subtle tones of mango to aroma and taste, so we are sure you will get a big “in your face” hopes presence!  This IPA has a medium body and medium maltiness. Enjoy with any hot or spicy foods!  If you like a Northwestern Pale Ale, you will surely like this classic IPA from Snow Eagle!
